The Vegan Cheese!
1½ cups of water (8 oz measuring cup)
1½ cups of plain soymilk (or plain almond or plain rice milk)
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon natural sea salt or natural brown salt
2 tablespoons of Braggs Liquid Aminos (or soy suace or tamari sauce)
1/2 cup of nutritional yeast (can be purchased from a health food store)
1 cup of vegetable oil (soy or safflower oil is best)
* Pour in vegetable oil LAST while blending all other ingredients...blend for 2-3 minutes!
2 lbs of cooked macaroni (enough to fill 9 in pan)
1/2 tablespoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon natural sea salt or natural brown salt
1 blender of vegan cheese (from recipe above)
Pour cheese over macaroni and mix well...bake @ 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes (or desired consistency)
